Château de Montet Estate
The former "training and meeting center" of the Focolare Movement was recently taken over by the municipality of Les Montets.
The new Château de Montet estate is the new heart of Montet town centre. The estate welcomes families, associations, businesses, start-ups, young and old alike; all kinds of human interaction are on the agenda.
Find your space for fulfillment, whether it be professional or personal.
The estate includes:
- The main L-shaped building (at Village 11 and 13) combines work and living spaces. With rooms of varying sizes, it hosts meetings and events of all kinds. It also houses offices and retail spaces (ideal for your business or office community). The upper floors are primarily residential, with a wide variety of shared apartments.
- An office and retail building (Le Château 30) offers high ceilings and plenty of light for creativity, whether for offices or small shops.
- The production hall (Le Château 60) is already occupied by the long-established company Tergon (office chair manufacturer). There are still some vacant office and warehouse spaces in the building.
- 4 detached houses with a total of 10 apartments.
As well as several small buildings used for the maintenance of the estate.
The large complex is mainly attractive because of its beautiful garden and its opportunities for games (table tennis, basketball, tennis (hard surface), football pitch).
In addition, there is ample parking available on site.
