Here's what you can expect:
The rooms marked Office 2 & 3 on the plan are listed as historical monuments and were carefully renovated as follows:
- Restored, old parquet floors
- Connecting door between the rooms
Office 1 on the plan:
Here we can grant you a say regarding flooring, electrical installations and ceilings.
Cooling of the space is possible (tenant fit-out). Ventilation/air conditioning will be in place until the tenant moves in.
The toilet facilities in green are part of the rental space; the accessible toilet can also be used.
