- a main room including a bed, two tables, chairs, a small kitchen with a fridge and an electric cooker with 2 hotplates;
- a shower-toilet room;
- a common laundry room.
Sheets and dishes are not provided.
Charges include hot water, heating and cable TV. As for electricity, the industrial services of the city of Lausanne will invoice your consumption directly.
Internet access is of course possible, provided you subscribe to an operator of your choice.

Optional, on request: outdoor parking space at CHF 60.00/month or covered at CHF 80.00/month depending on availability.
