- a main room including a bed, two tables, chairs, a small kitchen with a fridge and an electric stove with 2 hotplates;
- a shower-toilet room;
- a common laundry room.
Sheets and crockery are not provided.
Charges include hot water, heating and cable network for television. Regarding electricity, the industrial services of the city of Lausanne will bill you directly for your consumption.
Internet access is of course possible, provided you subscribe to a service provider of your choice.

- fixed-term lease until 31.12.2026
Optional, on request: outdoor parking space at CHF 60.00/month or covered at CHF 80.00/month depending on availability.
