This modern, pet-free, smoke-free two-room apartment, furnished with care, welcomes you in the peace and quiet of Lake Maggiore. Inside Casa Leini, the living room with sofa, armchair and TV offers a relaxing place to watch a movie or read a book. Behind it, the kitchen opens onto the living room, complete with appliances... everything you need to prepare your meals and feel at home.
Enjoy your meals together at a dining table for 4 people inside and/or outside! There are also Adirondack lounge chairs available for relaxing so you can enjoy the mild seasonal climate of Ticino all year round.
There are two bedrooms for 4 people, one with a double bed (sleeps two) and the other with two single beds, making the apartment perfect for families with children but also for groups of friends.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub shower and one with a standing shower. Guests also have access to a private washer and dryer.
A set of towels is included for each person in the stay, along with bed linen and blankets and a courtesy kit. We also provide a basket with the necessary things for a breakfast.
Wi-Fi is free and available to guests.
Mandatory fees added to the total rent (to be paid directly on our website):
-Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: 120 CHF
