This cozy one-room apartment is conveniently located to visit Locarno and all the main attractions of Ticino. Upon entering you enter a large and bright living room consisting of a relaxation area with a sofa that becomes a double bed at night and a TV to watch a movie with friends, and the dining area with a table for 4 people, in front of the kitchen equipped with appliances and everything you need. The living room overlooks the small garden with a terrace with table, chairs and parasol to enjoy the mild Ticino climate all year round and eat outside in summer.

The apartment is completed by the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine, available to guests.

A set of towels for each person is included, along with bed linen and blankets; we also provide you with a courtesy kit. We also provide you with a basket with the necessary things for a breakfast.

The apartment has a private outdoor parking space on the side of the house.

Any commercial activity is prohibited in the apartment.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
