Visits from Monday to Friday, during office hours and by appointment.
General conditions:
- Minimum stay of two consecutive months
- Rental with entry on the 1st or 16th of the month.
- Notice of departure: one month in advance, in writing, for the 15th or 30th/31st of the month
- Rents: payments by credit card (except Diners, American Express), cash
(Swiss Francs only) or bank transfer
- Rent must be paid each month in advance at the beginning of a month for the current month
- Pets are not allowed in the residence.
- Public car park "Sardaigne" 3 minutes from the residence.
- Bicycle parking in the Residence.
The tenant is asked to provide copies of the following documents when opening the reservation file: - Identity documents and residence permit if applicable. - Employment contract and last 3 pay slips if applicable - Certificate of no prosecution - Bank guarantee from a Swiss bank representing 3 months' rent.
