The village of Nax is a few minutes drive from the town of Sion and all its amenities.
The motorway entrance and the CFF train station are 20 minutes from the village.
Several ski areas are located nearby. Indeed, the ski areas of Mont-Noble, Evolène, Arolla, the 4 valleys (Thyon - Veysonnaz - Nendaz - Verbier) as well as the resorts of Val d'Anniviers are located just a few minutes away.
Nax is a choice route for winter tourism and, more particularly, summer tourism.
From the village, you have several hiking trails which take you to the peaks and mountain pastures of the Val d'Hérens as well as the neighboring valleys.
