It is also located close to public transport, schools, hospital and amenities. The complete renovation of the building was carried out between 2011 and 2018 using organic materials.
The building is equipped with various ecological features, such as electromagnetic protection, a water booster, a pellet boiler and a solar thermal system for water heating. It includes five apartments spread over five floors.
On the ground floor, there is a 95 m2 apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen open to a dining area, a bathroom with shower, a toilet and a storage room.
The first floor has a 104 m2 apartment with three bedrooms, a large living space including a kitchen open to a dining area and a living room, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet and storage space.
The second floor also includes a 104 m2 apartment with three bedrooms, a large living space including a kitchen open to a dining area and a living room, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet and storage space.
The third floor houses a 104 m2 apartment with three bedrooms, a large living space including a kitchen open to a dining area and a living room, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet and storage space.
The top floor is a spacious duplex of 170 m2. It is composed of a lower part including four bedrooms, an office area and two bathrooms with WC (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower). The upper part includes a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, with a magnificent glass roof offering beautiful light.
The basement includes a room with a pellet tank, a boiler room and five cellars. Outside, there is a space designed for the well-being of tenants.
The apartments are all equipped with heated walls, which provide enveloping warmth and improve the comfort of residents while saving energy. The building is also well insulated acoustically and thermally thanks to triple-glazed wood-metal windows.
The total living space of the building is approximately 570 m2, spread over four floors. The renovation work was carried out between 2011 and 2018. Heating is provided by a pellet boiler. The annual charges for the entire building amount to 12,000 CHF.
