In the ancient locality of Sauges, there is a village farm. Listed as an architectural heritage and initially in poor condition, it deserved attention and we did so. A total renovation of the farmhouse was carried out and 4 apartments were fitted out in the large volume available. Even if the project is above all contemporary, the protected facade retains beautiful remains of its previous use which give this small EPP a touch of authenticity appreciated and rare in the landscape of current constructions.
