The building is today made up of three distinct volumes: a dwelling, to the east, a rural one to the west and an additional volume, erected later to the south. Everything is currently listed in 2nd category, note 4, of the RACN. As mentioned above, the house is in its original condition and will require a complete renovation, including structural work. Please note that to date, no work has been quoted. A good knowledge of construction or surrounding yourself with an expert will be welcome here.

Regarding amenities, the village has a CFF station (2 trains per hour towards Neuchâtel or Buttes), a grocery store and a school, all within a 5-minute radius of the farm offered here for sale.
