The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 1st floor of a newly built building called Perla del Ticino. Enjoy a glass of fine Ticino wine on the terrace with a view of the mountains or enjoy a wonderful meal prepared with local products in the modern kitchen. The double room is comfortable and warm and looks out onto a small terrace. The second double bedroom can accommodate 2 additional guests. The bathroom has a modern shower, bistro/ruby tiles with floral decorations. The apartment is also ideal for business trips: it is a 3-minute walk from the Lugano exhibition center and a 10-minute walk from the city center. A set of towels as well as bed linen and blankets are included for each person. We also give you a care kit. We also provide a basket with breakfast essentials. Free WiFi for guests. Any commercial activity is prohibited within the apartment. The entire apartment is available to guests.
