Located in a brand new building, just 10 minutes from the city center, is modern and well furnished, perfect for a couple or friends who want to visit the city of Locarno and its surroundings

In the living room there is a TV area with a sofa and a flat screen TV to watch a movie at the end of the day or relax while reading a book. Behind the sofa there is a comfortable fold-out double bed, hidden during the day and perfect at night!

The corner kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to cook like you would at home. At the front there is a dining table for 4 people. On the small balcony, which is accessible from the living room, you can enjoy the great outdoors and the mild Ticino climate.

The modern bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
A set of towels as well as bed linen and blankets are included for each person. We also give you a care kit. We also provide a basket with the essentials for a breakfast.
Free WiFi for guests.
ORANGE STUDIO has a private parking space.

Any commercial activity is prohibited within the apartment.

Mandatory costs that are included in the total rent additional (to be paid directly on our website):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: 100 CHF
