In the seaside village of Riva San Vitale, nestled in the picturesque old town, you will find the perfect nest for your relaxing holiday in LA CASETTA DI RIVA!
This pretty little house takes you on a journey into the past and welcomes you on its three levels in one unique atmosphere. On the 1st floor there is the dining area with fireplace, a dining table with wooden benches, ideal for sharing meals with friends, and the original kitchen with electric hotplates, complete with everything you need to prepare lunch and dinner like at home, or experiment with delicious local products from the canton of Ticino. (ATTENTION: The fireplace is only decorative and MUST NOT BE USED!)
If we go up the stairs, on the 2nd floor we find the bathroom with toilet and bathtub, as well as the living room with TV and a comfortable sofa for reading and relaxing, that becomes a bed for the night. On the 3rd floor is the master bedroom, complemented by a shower and sink for private use.
Free WiFi for guests.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, however there are paid public parking spaces within a few minutes' walk.

Mandatory costs added to the total rent (to be paid directly on our website):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: 110 CHF
