The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with appliances and all the essentials to prepare lunches and dinners like at home: serve them on the table for 4 people and enjoy the view of the lake through the two large windows that illuminate the living room .
The comfortable sofa becomes a double bed for the night and drawers and shelves allow you to store your wardrobe.
The studio apartment is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub.
A set of towels as well as bed linen and blankets are included for each person. We also give you a care kit. We also provide a basket with breakfast essentials.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, however you can park in the public parking spaces along the street or in the large communal parking space ( Parking fees apply).
No smoking.

If you stay here, you have the privilege of having the lake just a stone's throw away: you can take the elevator with the towel on your shoulder, cross the track and straight into the water jump or have fun with the SUP!
In addition, the building has a beautiful terrace under the veranda, which serves exclusively as a seating area for guests and is a great place to read, relax and chat at any time of the year and in the shade in the hot summers Enjoy.
In front of the Gritti Palace there is the pier with the ticket office for boats to all the most famous destinations on the Ceresio.
