Separate living-dining room with bright dining area to comfortably accommodate four people. Separate kitchen with direct access to the large terrace for al fresco dining.
No bathtub, but large shower.
Mandatory before signing the rental agreement.
To rent the apartment, the tenant must take out liability insurance to cover any damage to the property (i.e take out liability insurance). This is easy and inexpensive to take out.
